Behind every happy, confident child is a team of people who take the time to listen, understand and encourage them.
At The Children’s House, our experienced early years team is committed to creating a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported to thrive.
We believe that the quality of a child’s early years experience is shaped by the relationships they build with the people around them.
That is why we carefully select team members who bring together professional knowledge, experience, commitment and, most importantly, a genuine understanding of young children.
Our nursery is supported by a qualified and highly experienced team who work together to provide consistently high standards of care and education. Through observation, encouragement and responsive relationships, our practitioners get to know each child as an individual and support them at their own pace.
We want every child who comes through our doors to feel secure, confident and excited about the opportunities that each new day brings.
Across our nursery, our practitioners work together to create consistent, nurturing experiences that respond to each child’s age, stage of development, interests and individual needs.
From providing comfort and reassurance in a baby’s earliest nursery experiences to encouraging a preschool child to become increasingly confident and independent, our team is there to support every step of the journey.

Our Baby Room practitioners understand how important secure, responsive relationships are during a child’s earliest years. They work closely with families to understand each baby’s individual routines, preferences and needs, helping children feel comfortable, settled and cared for.

Our Toddler Room team supports children through a wonderfully curious stage of development. Practitioners encourage communication, exploration, independence and confidence while providing the reassurance and guidance young children still need.

Our Pre-School practitioners create opportunities for children to think, question, explore and increasingly take responsibility for their own learning. They support the knowledge, confidence, independence and social skills children will carry with them as they prepare for school.
